| As those involved in the window industry know, aluminium is a highly sustainable product. It can be recycled over and over again without any loss of properties. The remelting of aluminium requires little energy – only 5% of that used for primary aluminium production. Currently 85% of aluminium used in the construction industry is recycled and we have used the recycling loop below as an example of Rey-cycle in action. |
